Absolutely. Residents are encouraged to make their space feel like home — posters, bedding, small décor. We just ask that nothing permanent is attached to walls or fittings so the room stays in shape for everyone who lives there.
Every Thrive residence uses controlled access — key fobs, access codes, or card systems depending on the building. Only residents and approved guests can enter, and all communal areas are monitored by CCTV.
Yes. Each residence has an on-site residence manager and support team available during operating hours, with after-hours emergency contacts for urgent issues like lockouts, maintenance emergencies, or wellbeing concerns.
Staff follow a clear emergency protocol: assess the situation, contact emergency services where needed, and notify the resident’s nominated contact. Parents can be listed as the emergency contact during the application.
Rent covers the furnished room, utilities (water and electricity), high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to shared facilities like study areas and lounges. There are no hidden fees for standard living costs.
