Our purpose
Thrive Student Living creates spaces where students can focus, connect, and grow. We exist to provide residential environments where residents can live well, succeed in their studies, and develop into independent adulthood.
We believe where you live shapes how you study, rest, connect, and move through each day. That is why we show up every day: to create homes where students can thrive and grow into their full potential.
Our role is to deliver safe, inclusive, and inspiring living experiences that support that journey. Because experiences matter. They shape memories, influence outcomes, and define how people feel long after a moment has passed.

Student Art Initiative
We believe in creating opportunities for young people to be seen, celebrated, and supported. In collaboration with Latitudes, we launched an art competition that gave emerging student artists a platform to showcase their work and share their creative voices with a wider audience. From a collection of inspiring submissions, three winning artworks were selected and reproduced on canvas tote bags, now available through the Thrive Shop. The initiative reflects our commitment to creating meaningful impact by providing opportunities for students to grow, gain visibility, and turn their talent into something tangible and lasting.
Future Focused
We believe in helping students prepare for what comes next. With support from Career Services at the University of Pretoria, residents received professional LinkedIn headshots and guidance on building a strong professional profile, equipping them with the confidence and tools to take the next step in their career journey.
